We buy locally from artisan food producers

Buying locally is our way of giving back to the economy and supporting our community. As an Irish company we have the power to support farmers in our region, protect our land, and build rural economies. We also have the benefit of Irish suppliers seeking to supply and work with us. It’s important for our staff restaurants to be established members of the community. We have long recognised that using local seasonal products benefit the community, its farms and business owners and in turn, make our customers happy.

Taste the difference

Locally grown products are freshest. Our chefs report the taste, texture, and freshness of local product are vastly superior to items sourced from across the globe. Implementing a farm to table program ensures menus our are created seasonally and secures the best products of the season are used at just the right time.

Everyone benefits

Creating a thoughtfully sourced produce program is a feel-good commitment to our staff restaurants and customers. Not only will our customers feel good eating it, they also feel good for doing their part for the community as well as the environment. It’s a labour of love that is rewarding in many ways. It’s all about the products and the flavours to create the right recipe and those products come from our local suppliers.
