As part of our health and wellbeing programme, QWellness, we want to how you how to smash the basics. By understanding the basics you will develop an excellent foundation. Therefore, we are releasing a range of ‘how to’ exercise videos to help you exercise at home. The mountain climber exercise in the video below is a fun exercise, which has a difficulty of ‘medium’. It can be used as a dynamic exercise in a strength & fitness routine while promoting core stability and shoulder/arm strength. The mountain climber is perfect for a workout at home or as part of a gym programme. We have coaching cues in the video to help you along too.
