In West Cork, we buy potatoes from a farm that our restaurant directly overlooks.
As an Irish business, we have made it our mission to support local enterprises for more than 20 years. We buy locally across the island of Ireland in the provision of quality food services to you.
We have a beating local network of suppliers we go into the community and source local. This is how we form a community within our restaurants.
