How to Make the Mango Lassi
- 20g chopped ripe mango
- 2 tsp honey
- 240ml plain full fa yoghurt
- 100ml milk
- Pinch of cardamom
- Optional: Chopped pistachios and saffron
**Blitz together in blender and serve. Optional garnish of chopped pistachios and/or saffron.
