Working with evocco, we are supplying superior and innovative catering to blue chip clients throughout Ireland. Evocco is an Irish company that tracks helps you to track your environmental impact via food choices.
Food & The Environment
Food accounts for a massive 26% of global emissions. Whilst, according to research compiled by the EPA, it is estimated food waste in the commercial sector amounts to 250,000 tonnes. Subsequently, in addition to our operations which reduce catering food waste, we felt the need to think outside the box.
Sustainable Menu Options!
As a result, we teamed up with Ahamd and Hugh from evocco. In selected restaurants, we give customers the choice of an evocco certified environmentally friendly option. Working with out network of local suppliers, and with our ethos of freshly cooked food, we provide customers with an exciting option that will both protect the environment and taste great.
Consequently, this partners well with our QWellness programme, providing healthy, balanced and nutritious catering options to clients daily. The perfect setting for building a new behaviour and promoting use of the Evocco app. The evocco app allows you to scan your food shop receipt. This generates an environmental score and tells your how sustainable your shop has been. We are passionate about encouraging customers to download the app. In addition to our evocco sustainable option, each small step we make together, both in catering and at home, will build a brighter future.
