COVID-19 A Message From Our Managing Director

From our family to yours, we are working hard to mitigate any spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in Ireland.

There is no question that COVID-19 is evolving quickly, perpetuating increased anxiety in Ireland and across the world. In light of this, I want to assure you that, we are doing everything possible to safeguard the health and safety of our teams, customers, service users and clients. As supported by our ISO quality control systems & procedures.

In The Q Cafe Company, we have been working diligently over the past number of weeks to ensure all operations are aligned with guidelines from the HSE & all relevant authorities. The the health & safety of our teams, customers, service users and clients is always of the highest priority to us. We have therefore retrained our teams to expand existing controls for food safety, personal hygiene and infection control to prevent any transmission of COVID-19.

At site level we have been proactively managing the response with our clients since the outbreak was first announced. Therefore ensuring  the safety of our teams, customers, service users and clients throughout Ireland. We are supporting our teams daily to ensure operations are observed, evaluated and updated in line with guidelines from the HSE and all relevant authorities. As a result, we will continue to put measures in place as the situation evolves over the coming days and weeks in association with all relevant authorities.

We are in constant support of our front line workers throughout this period. As our frontline healthcare service are maintained, we will continue to liaise with all relevant authorities and clients to optimise the highest standard of food safety, personal hygiene and infection control.

Finally, as an Irish family business, nothing is more important to us than the safety and well-being of our employees and their families, in addition to our clients, customers and service users. We will endeavour to support them in this trying time. Together, we can overcome this.
