Try Our Three Free Home Workouts This Week!
QWellness is our health and wellbeing programme, which work to promote balance and wellbeing in nutrition, exercise and mental wellbeing.
As we all learn to adapt to the new government guidelines, creating simple workouts that you can complete from home has been our goal over the last week. Light to moderate exercise each day may help to improve general health and wellbeing, in addition to alleviating any stress or tension. Doing some exercise with your housemates or family is a great way to switch off and create a sense of achievement. That being said, why not try our three workouts below?
We have teamed up with Unit13 Fitness in Glasnevin, Dublin to bring you these workouts. These can be completed 3 times per week. We would recommend trying out some yoga, pilatates or mediation on the other days to further reduce tension in the body and increase mindfulness.
